The artist used leevened dough and sand in her installation. She made doll moulds out of sourdough, reminiscent of decorations from a christening cake, which she placed in the sand. The installation is reminiscent of a parched and barren desert landscape, and offers a multitude of interpretive possibilities about global drought, environmental destruction, and the survival of future generations.
